小鼠手术实验中，AI借助上轮纠正记录缩小定位误差

生物科技公司Exin Therapeutics公布了一项活体小鼠实验。研究人员让GPT-6.1 Sol在三次操作中辨认头骨上的前囟点和后囟点。这两个位置是建立脑立体定位坐标的参照。每轮结束，外科医生都会纠正位置，系统保留相应图像、测量与纠正记录，供下一轮判断时参考。

按团队披露，从第一轮到第三轮，识别所需时间由169秒缩短到86秒，位置误差由0.6毫米降到0.3毫米，人工纠正动作由四次减为两次。这组变化发生在模型参数没有重新训练的情况下，区别在于后续操作能利用前面的反馈。实验只涵盖三次操作，所测的是特定解剖标志的识别时间和定位误差。手术整体效果、在其他动物上的复现性以及人体临床用途均需另外验证。团队记录的不只是最终坐标，也包括每次需要医生介入几次，因而能够区分模型定位偏差与操作者纠正工作量的变化。
